WHAT IS LIQUID METAL?
Liquid metal is a special thermal interface material that is used to improve thermal conductivity between processors and the cooling system. Cooling is one of the biggest challenges when designing gaming laptops, and Dream Machines engineers are constantly looking for ways to improve it. The result of our search was the use of liquid metal, which more efficiently transfers heat from the processor to the cooler, which allows for improved performance, lower temperatures and reduced noise levels. The main advantage of liquid metal is that its thermal conductivity is 9-10 times higher than the thermal conductivity of conventional thermal paste. In practice, its use allows in some cases to reduce the temperature of the chip by up to 25%
Dream Cooling – chill and win
We know that for every player, cooling is one of the key aspects when choosing a gaming laptop. That is why, with that in mind, Dream Cooling was designed. Thanks to the use of stronger heat pipes which achieve much lower temperatures than the competition.
